FL26 Part

The bushing that the dust cup screws over FL26 Featherlite (part #13 in diagram) that then attaches to the flex shaft on my weed eater is wallowed out, allowing it to move on the flex shaft. Is there anywhere I can find a new one? The shaft looks good, and the head functions fine, it will just stop spinning when that bushing assembly works it’s way up and off the flex shaft.
