Weedeater Featherlite FL1500 fuel line issue

Hello All,

I have bought my Weedeater Featherlite FL1500 three years ago. Recently, I have changed the decayed fuel lines. Moreover, I put in the new fuel/oil mixture. Well, when I started the Weedeater in the morning it runs fine but after few minutes, the Weedeater heated up badly and started acting, as it has no gas. I promptly stopped it while letting it cool down. After some time, started it again but the same thing happened again. What is the matter?

Thanks a lot

Tim

Hi Tim,

Well, I guess your Weedeater Featherlite heats up due to the ignition module or spark plug. I would advise calling a professional mechanic for detailed investigation. Meanwhile, you can check the price of an ignition module. In case, it is costly then, better to replace it.
